Shipping & Returns
We ship only via USPS Priority and UPS Ground anywhere within the United States. Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow an extra day or two processing time during large launches, sales and holiday season. On occasion, an item may have a shipping surcharge due to size and/or weight. If this is the case, it will be clearly noted in the product description. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your cart and are based on your order weight and package dimensions. If there has been excess shipping paid, you will automatically be refunded the excess amount upon time of shipment. All domestic orders over $150 ship free.
Rest of the World
We ship via USPS Priority International only to most locations. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your cart and are based on your order weight, size and destination. Customers assume responsibility for any customs taxes and fees that may be incurred as well as charges on rejected packages. International shipments may be delayed by the customs process.
Items may be returned for store credit if you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused and returned in original condition with original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny credit if merchandise received does not meet the above stated criteria. If an item is defective, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Vintage items, handmade items, DIY kits and discounted items marked as “seconds” are sold as-is and are final sale due to the nature of these types of goods. All perishable food items and bath and beauty personal care items are also final sale as well.
